New Coaching Groups for 2025–enrolling now

I dropped this “new groups for 2025” announcement into the very bottom of my last email, and I know a lot of folks missed it (because I asked them and they told me so 🙂 ).

This is just further proof there’s too much coming at us in 2025, so I’ll keep this short(er). Because there’s too much noise, I’m leaning into curating community & accountability to help folks stay focused on what matters most to them personally & professionally; to help y’all be leaders in your life. Being a leader in your life means a range of things, but at a minimum, it certainly means not getting pulled off track of where you are going by the firehose of news & noise that’s coming at us at a rapid clip.

AND SO: I’m currently enrolling new group coaching cohorts. If you’ve already participated in one with me, you know: IMPACT. These groups are fun, effective & more price-sensitive than one-one coaching.

These pods of 2-6 people are curated for fit & synergies, including what goals members are working on. This alignment among members helps folks max impact, productivity & growth.
These cohorts are great for those stepping into the next level of leadership, stretching into a new role, looking to build & refine skills (boundary setting, confidence, communication, managing up and down, etc). Focus points can also look like managing a big transition/choice point, deciding what your next big move might be, trying to realign boundaries/relationships to work better overall, and so much more.
